2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 195 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of one Manju Devi.

4. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Name of petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of wife of Gautam Manjhi. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor.

5. Learned APP however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got two criminal

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail in connection with Amnour PS Case No. 67 of 2022. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
