S. Case No. 26 of 2015 registered under Sections 304-B, 328, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.905 of 2015 dt.18-02-2016 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State and perused the FIR as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application. The allegations made therein do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence. In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in this application. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
