2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 204 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 74, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, some of the accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim. The petitioner has not assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., IIIrd, Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 204 of 2025.
