2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 380 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.04.2023.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he tortured and assaulted the informant.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon a letter dated 25.08.2022 passed by Head of the Department of Tuberculosis and Chest, P.M.C.H, Patna. It appears that

6. Learned counsel for the informant submits that informant was tortured and assaulted by the petitioner and she is being treated in P.M.C.H, Patna.

7. Learned counsel for the informant has not been able to produce any injury report of the informant. In these circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Buxar in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 380 of 2022.
