Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of abduction of son of the informant is against co-accused Mantu Das.

The victim on recovery gave his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and he also levelled allegation against Mantu Das and did not name this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid materials, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur/successor Court in connection with S.Tr. No.
