JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and according to the first information report itself, the marriage of petitioner had taken place with the deceased 12 years ago. The informant claims that petitioner used to torture the deceased and subsequently, committed murder of the deceased. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that police, after due investigation, submitted charge sheet for the offences punishable under section 306 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and in course of investigation, villagers stated that deceased committed suicide due to petty family feud.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44835 of 2016 (2) dt.18-10-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 260 of 2012.
