The petitioner Sanju Devi has been arrested in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No.113 of 2017 for the offences under Sections- 420, 467, 468 and 471 of I.P.C. Petitioner is in custody since 23.7.2017.

Co-accused Satyendra Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 6.7.2017 in Cr. Misc. No.30846 of 2017 primarily on the ground that possibility of false accusation cannot be ruled out in view of the title suit and various land disputes between the parties.

Taking note of the aforesaid aspect of the matter and the benefit granted to the co-accused Satyendra Yadav and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47115 of 2017(2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 the fact that the applicant is a lady in custody since 23.7.2017, there is no reason as to why benefit of regular bail should not be granted to her.

Accordingly, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing the bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) along with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S.
