An interlocutory application, I.A. No. 2125 of 2016 has been filed for brining on record some new fact which has taken place during pendency of the writ application as has been stated that while the matter was pending, the Contractor, namely, M/s Haryakrishan Electrical and Harakha, P.O. Shohid Nagar, Dist. Begusariya has been granted the work order for cleaning work on Sitamarhi Railway Station and Raxaul Railway Station.

As the period is going to expire on 31st March, 2017 itself, it will not be prudent for this Court to entertain in the matter as the left out period of contract is going to be over very soon. In that view of the matter, this

Patna High Court CWJC No.13298 of 2015 dt.16-02-2017 Court does not find any reason to interfere in the matter. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

This order will not affect the future prospect of the petitioner and the petitioner will be at liberty to participate in the future tender.
