====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 28-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence punishable u/s 363, 365/34 IPC. The petitioners in association with FIR named persons are said to have abducted the husband of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners to abduct the husband of the

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the statement of the victim was recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. in which he has supported the prosecution case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as the victim has fully supported the prosecution case, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. This application is accordingly dismissed.
