JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2017 After going through the contents of the counteraffidavit filed on behalf of respondent-State, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the benefit of 5th pay commission recommendation has already been given to the petitioner, who retired on 31.05.1998 i.e. much before the recommendation of 6th pay commission was made.

In that view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of.
