The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 32 of 2019, arising out of Marachi P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 8/20 (b) (I) (c) 25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged that from the possession of this petitioner 50 gm Ganja and Rs.1,000/- was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the quantity of Ganja, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
