The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S.Case No. 46 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation in brief is that accused persons killed the informant's daughter for not meeting the demand of motorcycle in dowry.

Submission is that petitioner is the father-in-law and there is no specific allegation against him, moreover similarly situated other accused persons, namely, Punam Devi in Cr. Misc. No. 9608 of 2017 and Deepak Kumar in Cr. Misc. No. 19559 of 2017 have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a coordinate

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32826 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.04.2017 and 01.07.2017 respectively.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Yogendra Paswsan, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K.Tyagi, J.M. 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S.
