Petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No.226 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394, 302 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed Supplementary Affidavit stating about the pendency of other cases against him but in the charge-sheet submitted by the police name of the petitioner does not find place. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has been disclosed by Saurav Thakur in his confessional statement. It is further submitted that co-accused, Saurav
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39230 of 2018(6) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 Thakur, has already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 25.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63537 of 2018.
Petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S.
