Petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act. Informant in her fardbeyan has stated that when she and her daughter had gone to cut grass for her horse, she brought a plastic cane and when she tried to open it by Khurpi, it exploded and she and her daughter got injured and thereafter were rushed to hospital where this FIR has been lodged against unknown. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39128 of 2018 (3) dt.28-08-2018 name of the petitioners have surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement made by one co-accused Siya Karori and except the said confessional statement there is no incriminating material against the petitioners. There is one case registered against petitioners as stated in Para-3 of this petition, in which case also the name of petitioners has come on the basis of confessional statement. Petitioners are in custody since 05.05.2018 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri. P. K. Mehta, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018, G.R. No.98/2018.
