JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-03-2015 The present application is filed asserting noncompliance of order dated 30.10.2009 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14228 of 2009 whereuhder the aforesaid writ application of the petitioner was disposed of with direction that in case representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today along with the certified copy of the present order, the respondent no.8 shall consider and dispose of the same by a reasoned order in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months on receipt of such representation so that the admissible dues of the petitioner could

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.8, Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Bhojpur at Ara has filed four supplementary show causes with respect of showing of the compliance of the order under contempt and submits that in compliance of the order of the Writ Court, approximately Rs.33 Lacs. has been paid to the petitioner, which would appear from Annexure-H series of the supplementary show cause.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that interest on gratuity and C.P.F. amount has not been paid up to June, 2014.

In view of the above submission, since the order under contempt has been complied by opposite party no.8, no action is required to be taken. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of.

However, if petitioner feels aggrieved, he may take recourse in accordance with law.
