JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 45091 of 2017 and there is allegation against the petitioner of firing, causing injury to the informant, which is grievous in nature. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and petitioner is in custody for the last about 15 months and both sides have received injuries.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.41763 of 2018 (3) dt.08-08-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Jhanjharpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No.58 of 2018, arising out of Phulparas P.S.Case No. 121 of 2017, subject to the that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear in court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
