The appellant seeks regular bail in connection with Risiup P.S.Case No.04 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act) Act. Allegation against the appellant is of abusing the informant by taking caste name and also assault. Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and now he is in custody since 18.7.2017 and there is counter case lodged by the appellant's side also.

Heard learned Special P.P. also.

Having heard both sides in view of the above facts and circumstances, as stated above, this appeal is disposed of with

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2278 of 2017 (2) dt.08-08-2017 2/2 direction to the learned Special Judge that once the charge-sheet is submitted against the appellant, he will be released on bail in connection with Risiup P.S.Case No.04 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Aurangabad.
