2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added registered in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017.

3. At the very outset, learned APP submits on the basis of paragraph-108 of the case diary that processes under Section 82 and 83 of the Cr. P.C. had already been completed and as such the anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.

4. In the above view of the matter, the anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
