2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Daud Nagar P.S. Case No. 306 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.05.2023. He further submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 42177 of 2023(3) dt.06-09-2023 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Daud Nagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daud Nagar P.S. Case No. 306 of 2022.
