2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., all the accused persons including these petitioners and 40-50 unknown persons attacked police party as a result of which some of them sustained injury.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
