JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 23.07.2015 in Cr.Misc. No. 13934 of 2015 in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S.Case No. 214 of 2014. It is contended that due to inadvertence name of petitioner no.1 was typed as 'Manliya Devi' in Cr.Misc. No. 13934 of 2015 filed under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in place of 'Mantiya Devi'. In that view of the matter, in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 23.07.2015 name of petitioner no.1 was typed as 'Manliya Devi'.

The instant case under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed seeking modification in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 23.07.2015. Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the prayer is allowed. Let the
