The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(A)(D) and 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 5 1⁄2 liters country made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims her antecedent to be clean and she is in custody since 14.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33907 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with P.S. - Bibhutipur Excise Case No.17/2017.

Further, if the petitioner, after her release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of her bail bond.
