Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-467, 468, 471, 420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section-6(C) I.T.
Act, and Sections18(A)/18(B)/18(C),27(C)/28(A)/28(B)(II)/33EEC(B),33(I) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Sections-3/4/5/7/9(A) of Magic Remedies Act, 1944.
One laptop, several mobiles, cash etc. were recovered from house of the petitioner and, for the aforesaid recovery; the petitioner is in jail custody since 01-07-2016. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the impugned order does not disclose that any material was found loaded on the laptop of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38632 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 2/2 petitioner to connect him for the offences of the I.T. Act. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.
Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Giriak (Katri Sarai) P.S. Case No. 193 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Shri Sushil Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif.
