The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that in the house of Mantoon Mahto one customer service centre of State Bank of India was opened when the accused persons collected Rs. 3,30,500/-/- but failed to deposit the same in the Bank and thereby misappropriated the entire money. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Customer Service Centre was opened in the name of Sobha Kumari, which was run by Chandan Kumar Sahni @ Abhinaw Sahni. The petitioner was one of the alleged collecting agents. Thrust of accusation is against Chandan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38269 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 Kumar Sahni @ Abhinaw Sahni, who was granted regular bail on undertaking to deposit the entire amount of Rs. 3,30,500/- and on condition to deposit Rs. 50,000/- as first installment within a month which gets reflected from the order dated 23.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17020 of 2015, as contained in Annexure-2 to the petition. There is no specific accusation against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner is a paralytic person and statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
