2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katihar Mufassil P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. According to allegation, the co-accused Noor Alam enticed away daughter of the informant. The marriage of elder daughter of the informant was solemnized with the co-accused Noor Alam.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is family member of Noor Alam and that is why, he has been falsely implicated alongwith the other family
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40319 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 members of co-accused Noor Alam. On exactly similar footing, the co-accused Md. Dilshad has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Katihar Mufassil P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
