The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner nos. 2 Sandeep yadav and petitioner no. 3 Sarbjeet Yadav assaulted with Farsa to the informant when when Sajjan Kumar Yadav came to rescue he was assaulted by petitioner no. 2 Sandeep Yadav with Farsa when the villagers came to rescue then they were also assaulted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38509 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 14.04.2014 the FIR was registered on 01.06.2014. There is counter version of the occurrence and petitioners' side have also received injuries. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the final opinion with regard to the injury caused is not on the record. Considering the delayed lodging of the FIR and a statement that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani in connection with Khajouli P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
