In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Posco Case No. 16 of 2016 arising out of Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 378 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Posco Act. As per allegation made in the First Information Report, the petitioner followed the victim girl when she was going to meet the call of nature and tried to outrage her modesty but, when she raised alarm, her cousin brother reached there. It does not stand to a reason that the cousin brother of the victim girl was following his sister when she had gone to meet

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Mukesh Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st cum Special Court, Khagaria in connection with Posco Case No. 16 of 2016 arising out of Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 378 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1284 of 2016).
