2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 19.08.2023 at 7 PM, the accused persons surrounded informant/O.P.No-2 and told her as Dian which was protested by her and thereafter, the accused persons caught hold her hairs, abused her and also cut her hairs. The accused persons also puller her saree. Co-accused Manju Devi and Kalasiya Devi snatched her silver Hansuli. It is further alleged that when husband of the complainant came to

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. There is general and omnibus allegation. As a matter of fact, petitioner and complainant are of same village and due to petty dispute, petitioner and others have been made accused. He further submits that as per complaint petition, date of occurrence is 19.08.2023, whereas case has been lodged belatedly on 24.08.2023 without any plausible explanation of delay. There is no injury report on record to substantiate the allegation. Rest of the allegation is ornamental in order to make the case grave.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Pupri, Sitamarhi / competent Court in connection with Complaint Case No. C1- 204/ 2023, Trial no. 4106 of 2025, subject to condition
