JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 23-06-2017 Perused the order dated 14.02.2012. The learned single Judge seems to have made no mistake in dismissing the writ application keeping in mind that an earlier writ application with similar prayer has already been dismissed, therefore, a second writ application for identical relief obviously is barred by principles of res judicata moreso when the advertisement for appointment on the post of constable related to year 1998. Many appointments thereafter have been made in the State by various advertisement for recruitment to the post of constables. Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
