2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banjariya P.S. Case No. 548/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1)/ 238/ 61(2)/ 118(2)/ 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been found to be involved in the killing of the deceased, as he is alleged to have provided hired shooters for a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- along with the murder weapon.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and

5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and submitted that the gun has been recovered on the statement of the petitioner from the clinic of the petitioner's father. It is next submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the prosecution will lead the evidence on the dates fixed.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner as well as the fact that it is a case in which the deceased was murdered using hired criminals allegedly arranged by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

8. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and examine the witnesses on the dates fixed.
