JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.07.2021 passed by the District Sub-Registrar, Gaya in Case No. 3 of 2020-21 by filing appropriate appeal. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though in similar type of case, registration of the sale deed has already been carried out, however, without any rhyme or reason, the case of the petitioner for registration of the sale deed presented by him has been rejected, hence, the said fact be directed to be taken into consideration by the appellate

Patna High Court CWJC No.15896 of 2021(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 authority. It is directed accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid stand of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal and in case such an appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of 16 weeks, thereafter.
