Petitioner No. 2 is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 307, 435, 188, 120(B), 121A, 353, 153(A)/295 of the Penal Code. Aforesaid case was registered after disturbance was created in Malmas Fair at Rajgir. On the same day two other cases for disturbance created in the same Fair was also registered bearing Rajgir P.S. Case No. 117,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40164 of 2015 (5) dt.08-10-2015 119, both of 2015 dated 04.06.2015. It is submitted on behalf of Petitioner No. 2 that he has been admitted to the privilege of bail in the event of arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015 by another Bench of this Court under order dated 07.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40002 of 2015.

This petition is also disposed of exactly in the same terms of the order passed in the case of Petitioner No. 2 in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015.
