Petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No.220 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report the informant has raised suspicion against Tulu Singh of committing murder of his son. The son of the informant was driving the four-wheeler of Tulu Singh.

From the impugned order, it appears that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. She is a lady. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
