The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 225 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local village politics. Further by filing supplementary affidavit he submits that petitioner has no concern with the seized car bearing Registration no. WB02X0030. It belongs to IRENE DINKY GOMES w/o B.B. Gomes, resident of Kolkata (West Bengal). It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 225 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
