The petitioner seeks bail in Sigori P.S. Case No. 44/2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 620/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 31.08.2016 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within nine months, but the trial has not yet been concluded.

It appears from perusal of the order dated 02.06.2017 of learned Additional Sessions Judge I, Danapur that the trial is at its fag end and only I.O. is to be examined for which the next

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35197 of 2017 (2) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 date was 13.06.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the trial is at its fag end, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within two months.
