This is an application for regular bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 379, 354, 385, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of causing head injury on the brother of informant. As per injury report nature of injury is simple. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is land dispute between the parties. The alleged incident is of 20.03.2018 but the FIR has been instituted on 24.03.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37903 of 2018 (3) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018.
