The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.169 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 465, 423/120B of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, who is vendee of a piece of land purchased from Munna Ji Prasad, alleged that Shiv Pratap Narayan had no issue and as such, Shiv Pratap Narayan adopted one Munna Ji Prasad but the petitioner purchased the land from one Pramila Devi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Shiv Pratap Narayan had five daughters. Pramila Devi is one of the daughters of Shiv Pratap Narayan and petitioner purchased the land from her. The dispute is of civil nature. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the

Case No.169 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
