2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 8(c), 21(b) of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on secret information, a raid was conducted in which 47 packets of smack like substance (weighing 12.614 gms), Rs. 14,173/- and two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of accused persons namely Dhirendra Kumar and Govind Kanjar who were apprehended on the spot and disclosed the name and involvement of the petitioner in the present case. Petitioner has got 1 criminal antecedent of similar nature.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. His name has transpired on confessional statement. There is no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43104 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 recovery from his possession and is in custody since11.04.2025 having one criminal antecedent.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with K-Hat P.S.
