2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 111, 98, 99, 70(1), 115(2), 143 and 3(5) of B.N.S., Sections 4 and 17 of POCSO Act, Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to be involved in business of prostitution.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43690 of 2026(2) dt.06-07-2026 2/2 present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 04.04.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 190 of 2026.
