The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have come to the school and made protest for non-supply of dress allowance to one of the child of petitioner no. 2 and Munaf Miyan.

It is submitted that similarly situated accused Munaf Miyan has already been granted regular bail by the learned 8th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari. Petitioner No. 1 is the son and petitioner no. 2 is wife of Munaf Miyan who has already been granted bail.

No.40764 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
