Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Unnatural death was caused in the matrimonial house within two years of marriage. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same before marriage. Witnesses have supported the allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same before the police. However, the police has submitted charge sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Mehsi Police Station Case No. 14 of 2019 pending in the court of learned 6th
