As per the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.816 of 2011

Patna High Court MJC No.3581 of 2014 dt.23-05-2017 dated 03.02.2011 institution was required to deposit the fee within two weeks from the date of passing of the order with the authorities of the Board and the report was to be obtained from the District Magistrate with respect to granting recognition to the institution. A show-cause has been filed by the State, annexing the letter dated 10.10.2014 of the District Education Officer, Banka, from where it appears that the Committee headed by the District Magistrate has already submitted the report.

In such view of the matter, the direction given by this Court has already been complied with. However, the Sanskrit Shiksha Board is directed that if such report has been received, it should take decision with regard to merit of recognition of the institution, if not already taken.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this contempt application is disposed of.
