2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2)(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim causing simple injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025.
