The petitioners claim themselves to be the legal heirs by claiming themselves to be the daughter and the sons of late Amarendra Kumar Mishra and are looking for sanction of 33% of the pension and other death-cum-retiral dues. Since all the petitioners are major and since they are claiming themselves to be legal heirs, they have to establish the above fact in a Civil Court of competent jurisdiction and for whatever inheritance they would like to claim from their late father, if they have one to claim.
