JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being married sister of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands of rupees two lacs and motorcycle.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of demand of dowry is specifically alleged against the husband of the victim and the accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws' family. It is further submitted that the victim received accidental burn injury and she was provided medical assistance by taking her to PMCH.

No.37683 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.38 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
