Petitioner seeks bail in Srinagar Pujahan P.S. Case No.08 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. In the written report, it is alleged that on the order of the petitioner Sk. Ainullah gave farsa blow on the head of informant. It is further alleged that Sk. Pappu, Sk. Nazre, Sk. Aftab and Sk. Anees came there and tried to save the informant. Maimddin Khan caused injury to Sk. Pappu on his head by iron rod, Sk. Slauddin caused injury to Sk. Aftab on his head by iron rod, Sk. Mazmullah caused injury to Sk. Anees on his head by

In this manner, there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. He is only order giver.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Srinagar Pujahan P.S.
