Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working as a guest teacher but weightage has not been given to him and examination is going to be held on 19th of July, 2024, which will be conducted by the B.P.S.C. Other grievance has also been raised. Petitioner has also annexed a copy of the judgment dated 29.05.2024 passed in C.W.J.C.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9997 of 2024(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 No.2270 of 2024 passed by this Court and submits that the issue in the present writ petition is almost similar to that.

3. If that be so, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Education Officer, Munger (respondent no.3) along with all supporting documents and the judgment, as aforesaid, and respondent no.3 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the judgment aforesaid after affording proper opportunity of hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order within two weeks from the date of its filing.

4. It is made clear that respondent no.3 shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
