2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 44/2025 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 900 ml. of foreign liquor has been recovered from the cow shed of the petitioner. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner has got three criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
