JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels for the State, for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation and the Jharkhand State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation.

By the order dated 9.10.2012 passed in CWJC No. 13989 of 2012 the opposite parties were directed to consider and dispose of the post retiral claim of the petitioner by passing speaking order.

In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite

Patna High Court MJC No.5080 of 2013 (6) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 parties, it is stated that all the post retiral dues have already been paid to the petitioner, the details of which are also mentioned in the show cause.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the order under contempt stands complied with. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that certain amounts are due to be paid to the petitioner from the EPF Organization.

Let the petitioner approach the RPF Commissioner in the matter who shall look into the same and ensure that whatever dues found to be payable to the petitioner, are paid to him within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
