In the present case, the petitioner has raised a grievance for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 1.7.2014 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.3869 of 2014 dt.23-05-2017 CWJC No. 2754 of 2014, whereby and whereunder, this Court had directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and make necessary enquiry as to under what circumstances, their salary has not been paid and thereafter their lawful salary shall be paid within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as follows:- "This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Araria to consider and dispose of representation of the petitioners in accordance with law and make necessary enquiry as to under what circumstances, their salary has not been paid and thereafter their lawful salary shall be paid within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order." The show-cause has been filed wherein in paragraph no.4, it has been stated that vide letter no. 07 dated 28.10.2014 (Annexure-A) the aforesaid order of this Court has already been complied.
